Staff member was exceptionally rude. She forced me out of the car wash before my vehicle was rinsed. I don’t plan to return.

Exit was covered in ice and our vehicle almost slid all the way INTO traffic on Charleston Avenue.Ice melt is cheaper than a lawsuit. Might look into it.

Very rude employee. Couldn't get my card to work. She helped but took off and I asked for receipt . She told me it was too late but receipt was in machine. Didn't wash my windows and wash didn't hardly look like it cleaned my husband's truck. Will not go back.
