Paap’s was amazing throughout the entire process. They were transparent, communicated well, and often, friendly, and their work was amazing!! I had premium paint and you would never be able to tell my car got hit. They helped deal with insurance and I will recommend them to anyone who asks! Would use again. Ten stars from me.

This body shop was highly recommended by several people who had used them. Although my vehicle was determined totaled by insurance in the end, I felt that communication and being accommodating to my working hours were big positives of this business. I was able to rent a car on site at a reasonable cost. I would definitely use them again.

Such a wonderful experience with this shop! They were very communicative during the entire time they had my vehicle and took care of the communication between the other vehicle's insurance, as they were at fault and handling all fees for repairs. I spoke with 3 different employees at PAAP during that period and they all went above and beyond to ensure my experience with them was the best! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone for their repair needs! They also sold me 4 new tires, changed my oil, and replaced my blower motor in a very timely manner! Thank you, PAAP!

We were very impressed with the service Tim Paap and his team after our Rivian tailgate was damaged. They were professional, easy to work with and had excellent follow through. They are trained on electric vehicles of all types so we were confident they would repair our Rivian. We were not disappointed. They worked with the insurance company and we were treated with respect. The work was completed as scheduled and we recommend Paap for all automotive repairs. They even went above and beyond with flowers when we picked up our Rivian! Thank you Tim and team!

My insurance company was terrible but Paap always kept me informed! Tim, Kyle, and Anna were great. They fought with my insurance company for me to make sure my car got the best repairs and I was as stress free as possible. The work they do and their customer service is top notch!

Someone hit my Tesla Model Y in a parking lot, and I brought it to Paap Auto Body Shop for repairs. I’m so glad I did. The whole experience was honestly way better than I expected.
From the start, they were super professional and kept me in the loop the entire time. I really appreciated the updates throughout the process, whether it was about parts, progress, or timing, I never had to guess what was going on.
The repair work itself was flawless. You’d never know the car had been damaged at all. They clearly know what they’re doing, especially when it comes to Teslas.
Overall, I had a great experience and would absolutely recommend Paap Auto Body Shop in Mattoon IL to anyone needing body work, especially if you want solid communication and high-quality results.

I had a minor accident with my car, and Paap Auto Body Shop truly exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, their team was incredibly attentive and supportive. They guided me through every step of the repair process, kept me informed at all times, and even helped me communicate with my car insurance company—which made everything so much easier.
Out of all the shops I contacted, Paap was the one that could return my car the fastest. They also offer a convenient rental car service while your vehicle is being repaired, which was a huge help.
What really stood out was their personal touch: they delivered my car to my home, beautifully repaired, and surprised me with flowers, a thoughtful souvenir, and a handwritten thank-you note. I felt genuinely cared for and confident throughout the entire experience.

I can’t say enough great things about Paap Auto Body! I took my Chevy Equinox there due to hail damage and my experience with them was top notch from start to finish. They made the process so easy from working with my insurance on the estimate, to providing me with a rental car, and keeping me updated during the repair process. Their customer service was so good! I highly recommend Paap Auto Body if your vehicle is in need of repairs!
