I bought a SUV in March. Within the first week the transmission and touch screen stopped working. The dealership asked me to wait until my extended warranty kicked in and they would cover the $100 deductible on my extended warranty. So, I waited 3 full weeks until that happened. They had the vehicle another 7-10 days diagnosing it. They replaced the transmission, fixed something with the touch screen. I drove it for about a week. I heard a popping noise in the front end. I took it back, they replaced the struts and mounts. I picked it up and on the same day my 6-month pregnant wife and 2 kids broke down 2 hours away from home off the interstate and now the transmission has failed again. My family has put less than 500 miles on this vehicle, and we have paid 4 payments on the vehicle. I have never had an experience like this. Please, ask a lot of questions of the history of the vehicle before purchasing from Pilson. I have made three calls to management and the sales department, and none of them have called me back.

This dealership ruined my life. They signed me up for a gap insurance policy that didn't cover what I clearly stated I'd be using the vehicle for. I've lost over 15k out of pocket since totaling my vehicle and continue to lose more. DON'T GO HERE

I had a great experience working with Chris Whitley. He was excellent to work with and provided great customer service. He was upfront and seem to have a genuine interest in understanding what I needed. I will recommend Chris Whitley to all my friends and family.

I found a Toyota Tundra they had listed online and contacted them about it. I spoke with Logan several times about the truck. I'm not from Mattoon and would have to make a 7 hour drive to look at and hopefully purchase the truck. I let Logan know this and he even looked up how far away I was and how long the drive would be. We worked out a final price and all the details as long as the truck was as good of condition that he said it was. I asked for additional pictures as far as any dents, dings, scuffs and under the truck. He told me the truck was garage kept, very clean, "in immaculate condition". I made the 7 hour drive after putting a down payment down and as soon as I walked up to it I could see that every body panel on it had a dent or a scuff. At closer inspection I could tell the passenger side bedside had a large dent repaired and had been been repainted. It was very easy to see all this. Logan didn't disclose any of this to me. After all that they said they could take off $250.00. That's not good enough for a truck that's supposed to have never had an accident and was not in the shape they said it was. Wasted 14 hours of my time and not counting the traveling expenses. They are very dishonest And I would never buy anything from them.

Put a deposit on a item and was coming to pick it up the next morning (non refundable, non transferable) at 9am and then they waited till 2pm to call me and tell me that they ran my card but they took another's offer and if they back out I could have it but after they got my money I wasn't getting what I put a deposit on then I asked for the manager to get me my item or my money I was told he's in a meeting and would have to call me later I'm still waiting that was two days ago great way to do business

Unprofessional sales staff. Working with Cody here. He was nice but didn't fight for me. Credit Approved, moving forward with paperwork regarding my dream Raptor, which I have been researching for 6 months. The sales manager decided to sell it while I was in the paperwork process. Thank you for ruining my 2020 Christmas!

My experience with purchasing my car went very smoothly. Upon further expectation of my new vehicle I discovered used tabacco all down the side of my passenger seat, a used napkin and a water bottle. Very disappointed in the unacceptable cleaning this dealership does.

Made an appointment to perform repairs on the Ford Chassis of my Class A Motor Home. Discussed the problem, ensured they understood it was a 30 FT long, 12 ft high RV built on a Ford Chassis and the problem was specifically associated with the Chassis component which is under Warranty by Ford. I was assured they could work on the vehicle. Showed up 20 minutes prior to my appointment. Parked just outside the shop door as I did not know if they would want to take it to another area. Went inside and was greeted by a gentleman with an "Is there something you need?" Told him I had a appointment to have my vehicle repaired. He laughed and said "That one?" I said yes and he said "We do not work on those." I said it was a problem on the Ford Chassis and I made the appointment and was told you would work on it. He called up the appointment and then asked what was wrong. I gave him a written explanation of the issue with things I had observed when trying to determine the cause myself. The problem was with the front Turn Signals. He looked at my document and did a quick once over and handed it back to me. He then said they could not work on it because the wiring would not be in accordance with the diagrams. I said it is no different than Ford putting a Truck cab on the Chassis and plugging in the wires. All the other stuff is behind the driving area which I did not expect him to work on. He just said I was wrong and besides, it won't fit in our shop. He then started to speak with another customer. I admit it is a different situation but along with telling me I was wrong, he basically ignored me and my vehicle with absolutely no concern or suggestions to help me. I left and contacted Ford Motor RV Chassis Customer Service and they said other than the fact his shop size did not support moving my RV inside, I was correct that my issue was specifically related to the Ford Chassis and the Ford Diagrams for that Chassis would be the same and was a coveted item under my 3 Year, 36000 mile Ford Warranty. They then found a Ford Dealer about 50 miles away that could support my work.
