I go to Emily for all my nails—she’s quick, kind, and makes sure they’re perfect every time. They always check in and offer drinks, which makes it such an amazing experience!

My daughter and I wanted to get acrylics and called here when they opened. We were able to get in at 12 and when we got here they were ready for us! It was refreshing because a lot of other places book an appointment and then accept walk-ins, too many in between appointments and then people are waiting forever. We’ve had to wait up to an hour before. Very happy. We will come back.

Ive been going to Pro Nails for almost 10 years. They are like family and I always regret going anywhere else to get myself pampered. From the nails to the pedicures they always do a great job. ❤️ they recently got new pedicure chairs and they are to die for. This will always be my spot to go.!

I was so impressed with this place very kind and professional. They make sure you are happy before you leave. My daughter goes there frequently and they know her by name! Zero issues.
As a side note, we went to another place in Mattoon, paid over $90 and the acrylics fell off in a week .. At Pro Nails, the nails stay on, they last for a long time and there are no issues
