The daughter's car broke down on side of highway late evening. She lives 60 miles away. She was able to get ride home from a friend. Early next morning, I called S&S towing to arrange the transport of her vehicle. Within an hour, her car had been picked up and delivered. These guys were professional, courteous, and quick. I highly recommend them if you need help in the Mattoon, Illinois area.

I called S & S Services. They have a great towing service. My car wasn't running. The driver arrived very quickly. He towed my car to the garage. The drive to the garage was done safely. The car was loaded and unloaded very carefully. I would highly recommend S & S for anyone that needs their vehicle towed. The price and service can't be beat.? ?

After niece was envolved in wreck S&S towed vehicle. Trying to locate keys which had all her keys on ring. They said they looked for keys and couldn't find them. And when I requested permission to look, they gave me a hard time, but eventually allowing me to look. But just for keys. All other contents of car were to be left. When I arrived, driver seat was covered in debri. After digging through pile of rocks, broken glass, and twisted metal, I found keys directly below ignition on floor. Yeh, they looked real hard. Thank you.

Thought they were a godly company but to charge 430 dollars to move my motorcycle less than 3 miles and have it 2 hours. Would never recommend this company to anyone. Will never use them

Driver was all over the road with my truck on the tow truck and the chain that's goes around the rear end to old it down Tight wasn't Tight at all they need better tow truck drivers that now how to drive and how to chain our cars and trucks down right

Teenage son totals his car and they call S&S to hall it away. Stop in there to get my sons school supplies from my car and was treated like a criminal by a rude staff. Told them the insurance was still asking about seeing the car so it would be a few more days to resolve. Was told $100 for tow and $40 a day storage. Went to go pay bill and pick up the car for scrap but now the tow bill is now $250 and storage adds up to $775. Un-believable. The city stuck us in this problem by calling them. So I will have to make sure they dont do this to another unsuspecting accident victim.Do not let them tow your car or you will never see it again!!!!!!

This place is horrible. Most of their staff is rude and unprofessional. During the most vulnerable moments after my vehicle accident, when I went to get my belongings from the vehicle, I was told that I could not get my belongings out of the vehicle because my insurance company had not confirmed the claim. The most shocking and disrespectful things they did was deny me access to my deceased husband's wedding band, that is on my key ring and handicap placard in the window. Then, when I went to get it moved, he told me $1200 bill.
