They did a fantastic job replacing my Subaru Outback's radiator and identified a problem with the fan sensor. The owner really knows Subarus and Audis down to the bolts.

This guy replaced my motor and screwed it up thankfully had a warranty, but the warranty only covered this guy to fix it again, so after 3 months of it failing he fixed the motor again. But the worst part is the motor has failed a 3rd time! This guy will screw your car up do not take it here unless you do not care how many times it takes to get the car right. A 12 grand car turned into 20 grand real fast and now is worth nothing because it needs a motor again! Go somewhere else!

Refused to honor a parts warranty because I am selling the car to my brother and was very rude to him on the phone even though we have the paperwork for the part where it has not even been a year that the part was installed and the car is still in my name. Every other shop in town said it’s unheard of that the warranty wouldn’t still be covered because the warranty is on the part, not the person!

Dude literally is ripping off the town, everyone else charges 200-280 for 2 tires a mount and rotation, he wanted 400+$$. Incredibly rude and just unprofessional as heck! STEER CLEAR OF THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!! I will never go back!! I have given him multiple chances but the guy who owns it is such a jerk!! Got mad at my husband because he said he would fix the brakes himself and hung up on him! Then charged me a $50 fee just for looking at it! Only came in for an oils change. Paid $90 in total! He was mad we wouldn’t pay the $500 to fix brakes and rotors when rotors didn’t even need to be replaced. He just has a I do not care attitude.
Took me 4 months to get a hitch out on and still never got wired because he couldn’t get the right part finally gave up waiting and went somewhere else to get wired. Went here for the convenience but never again!

Went in for my second oil change from them. Just like last time, I found the friendliest and most helpful bunch of guys I've ever encountered at an auto repair shop! They have good honest prices and do great work! I was prepared to have to wait at least 30 min or so, as there were at least two ahead of me, but it was Maybe 15 min, if that...As long as they're around, I won't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Having known the owner for many years, and been considered a sister, as well as being a proud member of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, I feel it is truly disheartening that such false narratives could be placed on this man in attempts to destroy his business...all for the sake of simply a person not getting their way, and not being allowed for their entitlement to be placed above other waiting clients.
