“We had a transmission replaced on a 2004 Mazda 3 in Sept 2025. Six months later, the trans replacement (used, with about half the miles as the car) is still working great. Joe worked with us to locate appropriate used transmissions and made sure that everything was going to work, rejecting one trans as being unacceptable. He was careful and thorough and communicated well. Joe extended the life of our car, giving our son reliable transportation for his job, and the money we spent was worth it.”
“I found this auto shop on google with great reviews not knowing that it was in the area of my neighborhood, I was extremely impressed with the outstanding customer service from some of the technicians I’ve spoken to so far. Mike I would like to thank you for being so kind, patient, knowledgeable, personable, very friendly and taking care of all of my concerns. Everything was fixed on my vehicle within 5 hours, I feel like a safe driver again. I’m a very happy customer and I will be a forever customer moving forward if needed:) Juan thank you for taking time out for me, I truly appreciated :-) Aman ( spelling) thank you for hearing that sound and diagnosing on the first test drive, it was a pleasure meeting you. The entire staff is A+ and I highly recommend
Ms. T. Scott”

“Wow, when I tell you Raul works lightning fast..... it's not a lie, I had to ask him a couple of times if he fixed the tire. Too funny... he smiled. And showed me the proof. I had a slow leak. I didn't even get out of the car. He saw the nail, said Hold on, next thing you know he said ok you're good. I don't even think I was there 15 min. And it was inexpensive. Like back in the day prices. I think I'll be coming here for my new tires as well. Thank you Raul. And the kind man I spoke to on the phone when I called. Very welcoming.”
