Waited over 30 minutes to get a simple part that they said was in stock on the phone. Only to be told that they can’t find the part & they don’t have it. Go somewhere else. Wasted my gas, time and patience.

I usually don’t like to post negative review because I like to spread positivity. But in this case unfortunately I have to speak up for the employees. Stoped by to autozone to make a purchase the first thing I hear was their phone ringing and ringing employees were busy taking care of customers. Then I heard someone shouting in the back PICK UP THE DAMM PHONE LOUD!!! I’m sorry manager (Brianna) but that’s not how you’re supposed to talk to your team. Very disappointing to see that. Then to see the coworkers look at each other. Very sad to see this.

I needed a headlight replaced and Orlando the manager helped me. He was very professional and helped me choose the right type of light that would last a bit longer and would also give me warranty through the manufacturer. His communication skills were awesome. The way the light fixture was deep was hard to replace so I know it wasn't easy, you are appreciated. Thank you once again for helping me.

I came in here on a Sunday night to read the codes on my car - the woman working here was very nice, professional and friendly. She allowed me to borrow their code scanner for a few minutes and then printed me a report with the error codes after. Smooth fast friendly transaction. I recommend this Autozone
