“My debit card is lost in my house. Has been for about 3 months. I've dreaded replacing it because of the need to update vendors, etc. I finally broke down and went into the branch today to replace card and make a withdrawal. I was greeted immediately by the teller Lizbeth and she helped me replace card and transact my withdrawal all in about 5 minutes. I appreciate the efficiency and personable service.”

“With online banking, online bill payment and direct deposits; I rarely go into the bank any more. When I did go into the bank it was generally through the drive-up, but this pass month I had business with the inside. I quickly, noticed that the tellers had pictures of family members on the wall by their windows - this was in stark contrast to the other side of the bank where there is a sitting area, and the desk of the personal bankers and glass offices. One portion says welcome home into my living room the other says sterile. However, the overall impression from all of the staff is welcome home, it is so good to see you. Everyone is friendly, and of course, very professional - they are dealing with your your money. I had different tellers every time I went to the bank, although, they were always there, but helping others. They all gave great service to everyone. The personal bankers are wonderful to work with - they go the extra mile and try everything to work anything out. They take the time to listen to you with particular care to the details. Perhaps, just for the sake of blending the two sides for "appearance" - the business/sterile side can post pictures, (like a montage), of customers instead of the pictures of old time Maywood. The drawings are nice, but not Maywood anymore - show the people you service. It will make them feel at home and more a part of the environment.”
