Cintas facility services drivers are continually illegally parking in a Handicap Parking for their convenience in making their job easier T the cost of putting those that are disabled that need that parking spot in order for them to conduct their tasks. I've contacted CINTAS concerning of their driver's unprofessionalism and CINTAS hasn't enforced any rules regarding parking illegally especially at a Handicap Parking because they continue parking illegally. I've contacted parking enforcement in Evanston and will be laughing when they are issued with parking violations 8n a Handicap Parking

Awful customer service. They are a scam. First, they make you sign service, telling you is not a contract because you can make changes whenever you want. The first months service is great but they always over charge you. They have a minimum invoice meaning that even if you were to cancel items you still have to pay that minimum invoice. What's the point of getting rid of items to lower your bill? After 2 months service went down. I was getting bad quality rugs, no mop, smelly aprons. Service guys were showing up very late, and they didn't show up for two weeks. When I call my service guy he said lights were off and he thought it was close when we were inside doing all prep before opening. Let's not talk about customer service. Is always the same guy that returns your call, which is very unprofessional and rude. He has a very nasty attitude, doesn't work with clients and threats them bad. I wanted to cancel my service he said I couldn't because I was in a contract. I told him they were not fulfilling service because they didn't service my business twice. He said I had a bill pending. I paid the bill the next thing I know my worker calls me telling me cintas was delivering at my buisness. I spoke to the service guy and told him I had canceled the service already and he leaves. Next day same rude guy from customer service calls me saying I refused service and that they were going to have their lawyers take care of it because I breached the contract. People do yourself a favor, don't get service from them. You'll end up paying lot more than you should.

For truck drivers... entrance is the west gate. Pull up to the gate and call the number posted. Pretty easy backing. Unload time is about an hour. Getting to the delivery can have some tight turns but overall not bad.
