It was a rainy day but Jasmine and Diego were super fun and helpful and their customer service was dope! I got a new phone and the process was smooth; there was no hassle, I was in and out and they answered all my questions. Thank you!!

It was a horrible experience. I waited about 1 hour and the lady that was there couldn't bring up my account and would not accept my id to bring up my account. She had me call 611 to assist and couldn't assist me.either. The lady at the Metro PCS had her husband and her kid at the store and she seemed too be in a hurry to get to her family instead of her customer bad service overall. I won't ever go back to this store!

I went to go pay my phone bill and as I entered, I was greeted immediately. Friendly workers and clean environment. The employee who helped me out was the manager Berenice. She was nice, polite and funny, great service!!

Love the service!!! Unlike any other MetroPCS locations I have been to the Employee is full of life! Berenice is such a great help! I walked in with issues I had at another MetroPCS and she gladly helped me out and resolved the issue. She is a great help, I also decided to add a line to my account thanks to her. Despite some store policies the owner implements, great location to shop! Wonderfull clean environment. They definitely know what they are doing, I've been there a few times when Berenice isn't there... Still good help, but I love going back to her! She has an awesome personality and is very understanding. This girl is great at her job! I've also seen her deal with several different customers and it seems like she has her constant clientele and they all love coming back with her. She will make your time there very joyful. I highly recommend anyone to stop in.

At first I really loved coming here. But on June 15th I was offered a upgrade for the phone I had by Berenice but I would have to change my phone number which was I was happy about my purchase it was a additional $30 plus my phone bill but after about a week I noticed my phone had a defect it would through me out of fb,and other apps and when I was speaking to someone all of a sudden they couldn't hear me as the following week approached it just got worse so I went in to see if maybe they can give me another one or figure out the problem as I walked I see Berenice which I was happy because she was so helpful the last time.I waiting till she took care of her other customers and told her what was going on she scrolled through my phone and said I don't see a problem so again I explained what was going on she said well it's seven day's to return I told her I wish you would've explained that to she then said well you would have to purchase a new phone at this point I'm upset because she's saying this to me with a attitude like she doesn't care I told her this isn't right I will be switching providers and her response was okay bye have a good day. It's funny how when she was trying to make a sale she had a whole other way of being and talking and now it was totally different I am really disappointed if you couldn't do anything for me fine but atleast pretend to be sympathetic. Now you lost two customers me and my husband.
