While the salon effectively straightens hair, some clients have noted that the heat can create a smoky smell, and requests for easier comb-outs during deep conditioning are sometimes met with frustration.

Today was my 1st time getting a relaxer and style at this salon and it was awesome! I highly recommend this place. Nice and quiet and friendly service. Definitely will go back.
