When I came in, I strictly asked for a soak off and a No-Chip manicure since my real nails were long enough to do a nice manicure. The guy started popping off my acrylic nails, breaking off my real nails and proceeded to do what he was doing. The filing was terrible, the paint job was terrible. This was my first time here and will be my last. I paid $40 for a terrible experience.

I love this place they snaps on my nails every time and they are responsibly priced. They are so friendly like this is my favorite place to get my nails.

My sister and I came here on yesterday and it was the worst service ever. My sister was on crutches when we came in a gentleman ask us what we needed and she stated a polish change and eyebrows. We was waiting an hour the lady that do eyebrows knew she wanted eyebrows she refused to service her and said that she didn’t sign the list after we told her the gentleman that greeted us never told her about a list. I will never spend another dollar in this place you need to work on your professionalism treating someone on crutches like that was a disgrace.

I have received the worst treatment ever they are unprofessional and over priced and very unorganized they need to do nails in there own community and over charge them it's a shame..

They rushed my pedicure and cut me on my hand I didn't even finish the mani pedicure because the were not focused on the customer I shouldn't have to say ouch more than 3 times to let you know you doing something wrong will make sure everyone knows not to give them business!!!!!!

Never going back here again!!! I went to take off my powdered nails I think they were going to close in like 40 min but I went in on time and they told me they can take off my nails. So I waited 10 min for somebody then the old guy was looking at my nails and he told me they had to get soaked for 20 min so I agreed and said yes then they had me sitting there another 15 min doing nothing to my nails. While the old guy was on his phone the whole time. Then here comes this other guy (he did my powdered nails that day I came in) he just starts taking of my thumb nail didnt even say anything he just starts taking it off which my real nail broke off, it hurt a little bit and I told him I thought my nails were going to get soaked, he just looked at me and said oh ok were going to close soon I said ok but you guys told me yes for my nails., I was mad and frustrated that they had me sitting there for 15 min whole time they could’ve been soaked my nails and took them off easily , he was in such a rush for nothing. Never going back here again , really bad service!!!!
