They rushed my pedicure and cut me on my hand I didn't even finish the mani pedicure because the were not focused on the customer I shouldn't have to say ouch more than 3 times to let you know you doing something wrong will make sure everyone knows not to give them business!!!!!!

Never going back here again!!! I went to take off my powdered nails I think they were going to close in like 40 min but I went in on time and they told me they can take off my nails. So I waited 10 min for somebody then the old guy was looking at my nails and he told me they had to get soaked for 20 min so I agreed and said yes then they had me sitting there another 15 min doing nothing to my nails. While the old guy was on his phone the whole time. Then here comes this other guy (he did my powdered nails that day I came in) he just starts taking of my thumb nail didnt even say anything he just starts taking it off which my real nail broke off, it hurt a little bit and I told him I thought my nails were going to get soaked, he just looked at me and said oh ok were going to close soon I said ok but you guys told me yes for my nails., I was mad and frustrated that they had me sitting there for 15 min whole time they could’ve been soaked my nails and took them off easily , he was in such a rush for nothing. Never going back here again , really bad service!!!!

I visited this place today because is in my neighborhood. I used to send my teenage daughters here and I visited a few times prior. It was okay, not great but ok.If I could give them less then a star, I definitely would.Anyways, I went back today for services and they put me I'm a chair that was extremely noisy when trying to get themassage. I immediately asked for a new chair as I wanted to enjoy my massage. The older woman walks off as if I said nothing. I'm thinking she went to do something and would come back to put me in a new chair. Instead she's just ignoring my request.I then say to the owner? "I'm sorry but I'm very unhappy. I know hear me saying I don't want this noisy chair. Have her put me in another chair.They disk in their native language to each other. The older lady turns to the chair next to where I was, telling me to move to that one. I was happy until I looked in and saw TOENAILS!!! Yes, someone else's toenails had been clipped off and left behind in the bowl. She is filing it with water for me.I asked, are you serious? Do you really think I'm going to put my feet in this bowl with someone else's toenails visibly in it? She stated, I'm going to put this plastic in it. I repeated "it has toenails in the bottom of the bowl. I decided tight then and there I was leaving.I started putting on my things, this old woman tells me to pay her $5 for the water I soaked my feet in. I refused. I did however offer her $2 for the inconvenience. She insisted on $5.I tried to do the right thing and tell her, I received no services and owed nothing but was willing to give her the $2..I again informed her I was leaving the facility, this time without the offer of the $2. She says don't come back give me $5.I DID NOT utter another word. I walked out the place of business and headed to another. It's more expensive but at least it is CLEAN and the chair is quiet.Don't waste your time at this place.They are unprofessional, disrespectful and NASTY as hell.

??? my appointment was at 2, and wasn't serviced until 4pm!! I wont even get into details about my 1st experience the week prior...it's the reason why I had to schedule for today!!

i will never go back here again! they are racist and treat black people like dirt but it stays packed, we as black women should respect ourselves more than to be treated and tolerate being mistreated just to get eyelashes and nails....i will never sell my soul. it's a million nails shop in the area then to be treated poorly. i was asking one of the tech a question and he looked me dead in my face and ignored me, and when i said something about him ignoring me they refused to finish what i paid for. they are rude and the owner hates blacks! he only in it for the money, think i am joking put your cell on the translation app and see what they say about us in their langauge. its will shock and appall you!
