If I could give negative Stars I would the branch manager whatever Miss Miller is the worst human being I've ever encountered in my life I made a cash deposit here into the ATM and they're trying to tell me that it was a check they've closed my account they won't show me the alleged check and they're holding almost $5,000 of my money ever since December and now I've been told that I can't even come into the branch to speak about my money and how I'm supposed to get it back I called the fraud department they tell me to go into the branch I go into the branch I get kicked out I will never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever do anything with US Bank ever again

My daughter and I paid a negative balance in June 5, 2023 and we were told that as long as the negative balance was paid, the account should be okay and my daughter would be able to open up an account with no problem. We came in February 16, 2024 Friday and tried to open up an account, I was denied by bmo bank because us bank failed to take my daughter off the delinquent account when it should not be.

US Bank MAYWOOD: ATM machine destroy dollar bills. ATM dispenses old fragile bills. Be careful when removing money from THIS particular ATM at THIS particular location (Maywood) you will rip bill or end up having to leave part of the bill inside of the ATM.

Spare yourself going to this bank especially if you are looking for a mortgage. I spent 3 months back and fourth with this entire team, several unanswered phone calls and emails, delayed my closing multiple times and after 2 failed home purchases with them I decided to end my relationship.They couldn’t get a hold of the appraiser who works for US Bank. Then the underwriting department was backed up by 2 months, then add on that they submitted paperwork for my loan with old dates and appraisals.I couldn’t think of a worse bank to do business with. Even the Mob would be better than this institution. I had to call through several managers and record conversations with the lender and my lawyer present because of the constant “lack of clarity”. My lawyer also informed me it wasn’t just me he had 2 other clients using US bank with similar issues and they both ended up dropping US Bank as well.You have been warned. Working with this bank should be done if you want your time and money wasted and all calls to be ignored.

I love banking with this local branch. I opened up my first account here with this company and i haven't had problems since. I would highly recommend coming here. I even had an incident of fraud and they took care of me and handled me as a true and valued customer to their company. I love both the branch managers and the tellers. They are all super friendly and try to help you to the best of the ability.

This is a horrible location to do business with! I've banked here for over 30 years, yet I've had to jump through hoops to get my own money! Not anymore, as I'm about to end my business relationship with this place!!!

Very slow Because elderly customer base...it can be 2 people being helped for 25 mins for simple transactions no urgency at all.. horrible on the 1st and 15th

The ABSOLUTE slowest banking experience every time!!!! I have to drive all the way to northlake to get quick and easy service! Northlake branch takes no more than 5 min for a deposit even during rush hour! Terrible!
