These people don't return calls!!
They will say ANYTHING to get you off the telephone!
They sweep issues under the rug!
Management don't handle their workers when their workers get out of line.
I've been trying to call them for weeks.
If they do call back. It's to sweep it under the rug as if they've done something.
Sad I've had to contact the USPS Complaints office, only to get the CORRECT information fron the complaints office, as well as put in a double complaint fora missing check in the mail! The postal inspector last name Spencer, gives misinformation.
Extremely nasty attitude. Speak to you any type of way. Don't take responsibility for ANYTHING‼️🤬🤦🏾♀️
If I could give this postal service negative zero stars I would.
This is a disgrace.

The postal workers do a very good job at the Maywood location. Personnel are always courteous and helpful. Very knowledgeable when solving customer postal problems.

Mail person delivered my package at the wrong address and when a representative got back to me they said “ we couldn’t retrieve your package. Not the first time my mail gets delivered to the wrong address. Then when I asked where was it delivered they said they couldn’t provide that information for the safety of that person.

amazon package is missing for the 3rd time. one time the microwave was lost but after intervention it was found the other two times no packages were found. it was delivered to the facility but never made it to my work place. I will never use this post office again, I rather pick it up at Amazon Fresh store.

ATTENTION STATION MANAGER~ You really need to do something about "Shiranda". The utter disrespect and disregard for the way she treats customers is shameful. There are people who need jobs and frankly, as a business owner, I'd rather have no help than bad help. There is absolutley no reason why she should be allowed to speak to people in the manner in which she does.

If u are not home the carrier will steal your mail and say they delivered it there is a man who was just hired named Jesse he stole my package and said that he delivered it then the supervisor was also with the scheme they have a operation going on and the supervisor is with it as well if u are not home they will still your package . Also the supervisor stated that the carrier’s are getting Rob THAT IS a lie and also a cover up to protect their workers the staff at this location is stealing checks and also packages THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE FOR THEY PACKAGES AND SAYING THEY ARE GETTING ROBBED. Please do not affiliate with this post office everyone who works here is in on the scam Affiliate with them at your own risk

Constantly missing packages and if I complain they just harass me over the phone, call me a liar, and do nothing. They need to be investigated. I'm disabled and need to get the medication I need by mail.

The Clerk there was very nice and efficient this was my first time walking inside. The gentleman that was in line before me seemingly had a lot of the same questions the clerk was patient at least I thought she was patient and very attentive to his questions . I just needed a stamped envelope nonetheless This location gets a five-star customer service rating .

I just moved in the area my very First time visiting this location stood in line for 20min 4 people's in front of me all, I needed was stamps lol shocked this location doesn't have the machine to buy them either Lord 1 customer service representative working okay will not do this one.
