If u are not home the carrier will steal your mail and say they delivered it there is a man who was just hired named Jesse he stole my package and said that he delivered it then the supervisor was also with the scheme they have a operation going on and the supervisor is with it as well if u are not home they will still your package . Also the supervisor stated that the carrier’s are getting Rob THAT IS a lie and also a cover up to protect their workers the staff at this location is stealing checks and also packages THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE FOR THEY PACKAGES AND SAYING THEY ARE GETTING ROBBED. Please do not affiliate with this post office everyone who works here is in on the scam Affiliate with them at your own risk

Constantly missing packages and if I complain they just harass me over the phone, call me a liar, and do nothing. They need to be investigated. I'm disabled and need to get the medication I need by mail.

The Clerk there was very nice and efficient this was my first time walking inside. The gentleman that was in line before me seemingly had a lot of the same questions the clerk was patient at least I thought she was patient and very attentive to his questions . I just needed a stamped envelope nonetheless This location gets a five-star customer service rating .

I just moved in the area my very First time visiting this location stood in line for 20min 4 people's in front of me all, I needed was stamps lol shocked this location doesn't have the machine to buy them either Lord 1 customer service representative working okay will not do this one.

Worse workers ever, don't trust them on what they say, They have lost 2 packages from me and deliver to a different house which I don't understand why, they don't solve you nothing, ERIC GUZMAN the supervisor he just lying on everything, NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL

I had a great experience with Maywood post office today! I received a notification that a package was delivered by UPS but didn’t have it in my possession so I called Maywood post office and a gentlemen over the phone gave me clarity and made it so easy for me to get what I needed, my birthday outfit lol! Thanks again

This is the worst post office I have ever been to. I’ve been coming here for years because of work. The worker is always making you change your packaging to purchase what he has in stock. Always charge for a simple piece of tape. He is over all a very rude employee. I do not understand how he still has a job here!

Loses things constantly, doesn't listen to customer concerns about the mail person PURPOSELY not delivering certain packages (the claim they are too large, wrong address, and/or so small that they couldnt see it). I hate living where I do because of the local postal system.
