“As a new resident in the area, I was looking for a place that would be thorough, communicative, and take care of my vehicles like I do. I’ve read some reviews about this dealership and saw some good things. I went in person, and setting an appointment with them was easy. I have taken my 2017 GMC Acadia SLT and 2021 Chevrolet Tahoe High Country within the last two weeks, and I have to say, they live up to their reputation. The thorough, detailed reports they provide about your vehicle are excellent. Honestly, better than other places that I’ve gone to. I love how they take photographs and videos of your vehicle to show whether they found an issue, so that you can see it yourself. I am going to take my vehicles here for now on. They give your vehicle a pretty decent wash, too! I did put the tire shine myself, but I'm sure they wouldn't mind putting some on for you!”

“The service at Bob’s Advanced Auto and Tire was exceptional great for my husband Ken Criner. He was straned on the road. He was on his way home, which is in Texas. He needed a tire on his SUV so he called their wrecker service. They came and took the vehicle to their shop and they put a tire on his suv and did not charge him anything and they did not charge him anything for the wrecker service. The staff was very helpful. They you for your service and being very professional. I will keep the angel going. Thank you very very much to Bob, his wife and staff.”

“I was having multiple issues with my car that couldn’t wait and called them Thursday evening to let them know I was dropping it off after hours. I didn’t even expect them to have time to look at it the next day but they did first thing and my car was fixed by 2pm. I thought the price was reasonable for all the things that were going on with it. Eric and CJ kept in touch with me through text which was so convenient for me as I was at work and can’t answer a call if I’m with a patient. They have also recently worked on my husband’s car and my brother’s too.Thank you for going above and beyond making a stressful time a lot easier.”
“Small local autoparts with prices less than the big name guys and knowledgeable people helping you. Tried to get a power steering pump from the bigger place in town, and it didn't come with the pressure valve or pulley, and they didn't have an option to get the required parts. I went to Kindlespire and got everything I needed for $30 less than the incomplete item from the other store, and the installed the pulley on the new pump. Can't recommend enough”
“Steve helped my family and I so much today. We were taking a family trip to six flags and had a tire that had a bad leak. He got us in right away and got us back on the road in less than an hour. “Brought my vehicle here to get my tires switched onto brand new rims I purchased. Spoke with Kevin on the phone before hand and was very kind and professional . He understood what I needed done and accommodated to my particular case by reusing the tpms sensors and saving me money ! Upon installing the new rims this shop came across a tire on my vehicle that not only was splitting but also had wires showing, I did not know this upon bringing my vehicle. He called and mentioned this, told me the spare will be on the vehicle. This shop was quick , efficient, very understanding as I needed my vehicle for the weekend, and mostly thorough ! I’ve been to shops that would’ve put that tire back on and sent me on my way, they saved my life. Upon seeing the condition of the tire the failure of that tire was imminent! So thankful for Morris Tire & Alignment. Definitely will be a long time customer in the future! Also for all that was done to my vehicle you cannot beat the price ! Give them a try and I promise you will not be disappointed !”

“I originally went for a new tire because of a flat. John ordered a good one and had it in shop ready to put in my car before 1pm. After that I had asked John if he could look at my husbands car that just went out of warranty when the check engine came on. He graciously said yes and he had it fixed within a day or so. Getting your car repaired can be stressful especially when some places aren’t honest or have high prices, but not here. All the workers are extremely nice, they talk to you like you are human when explaining what needs to be fixed, prices are reasonable and they are honest. My experience at New generation was wonderful would recommend all families and friend to go there with any car needs! Thank you again for your help!”

“I took my Dad's truck to four different service shops before taking it to J and R. $5,000 later no one could stop the vibrations causing us not to be able to use it for almost a year. I got a flyer in the mail and had a feeling I should give J and R a shot. From the moment I got there they were on the problem. Their service team is very friendly focused. They listen to you and work to solve the problem thoroughly. I can't say enough about how grateful I am after picking up the truck and it runs like new! “I had some transmission-related issues and after being told by another shop that my transmission needs a rebuild I brought it by for evaluation. They were able to confirm the issue right away (much simpler than I was told thankfully), had it fixed quickly and at a very reasonable price. They were extremely honest and professional and I'll absolutely be coming back if the need arises. I have zero complaints.”
