I bought a used car once and wasn’t sure if it needed it done so I brought it to them and they could have lied to make a buck but were honest instead and said it was fine for atleast a thousand miles. My sister and I have the same SUV, both Explorers and she changes her own oil to save some $$ but turns out she pays more just for the oil than I do for the whole service!! Love it!”
“When calling in, there is always an answer to the phone that is polite and positive. They get back to you when they say they will on the phone as well. The work gets done well and in a timely manner. When they run into speed bumps with repairs, they are met with excellent attitude and solutions. An excellent choice.”

“Albert towing and recovery is amazing! They are fast efficient and they take care of your vehicle from start to finish even if you can’t get yourself to the repair shop. They notify the repair shop for you and it’s that much less off your plate. That much less of a headache, while already dealing with a stressful situation. I would recommend them 100% I wish I remembered the towers name or I would be singing his praises as well.”

Cannot give enough praise and thanks to this amazing auto service shop. Matthew and Tyler were so kind to us. Our van broke down feet from their shop as we were trying to get home 2 and a half hours away.
They figured out our problem, replaced our fuel pump and got us on our way the same day. I had an incredibly important doctor appointment the following morning that I wouldn’t have been able to get to otherwise. They didn’t have to make our emergency their emergency but they did and we are grateful.
They really saved the day and were so kind and patient while doing it. Matthew is a mechanic superhero!”

“As I navigated my way through Freeport I noticed the smell of gasoline. When I arrived at my intended destination I investigated and found a troubling gas leak. I tried to repair it myself, but as with most newer vehicles, they are not user friendly anymore. So I called Dan's and they got my car in quickly and repaired it at a very good price.
