Every time I place an order, I have to call to get a full invoice with the tax included so I can expense the payment with our company. I get an email confirmation (without tax) and can see the invoice (without tax) online, but I ALWAYS have to call to request the full invoice with tax be sent to me. I've asked the customer service rep several times about this and they can't tell me why I have to call in every time to request the full invoice. The full invoice with tax should be viewable from my Freeman portal and should be emailed to me.
