Not going here again unless really have to.
Serviced the reefer here three times in last few weeks. After leaving this place each time codes are popping up! So, I am losing so much money, time here, and my patience. The invoices are not close to the quotes given. They are always more than 10% which is illegal in Illinois. And they often charge tax when they aren’t supposed to. They say it’s about 3hrs, but then charge you for almost 6hrs of labor.
Not sure what to think of it. By the looks of it they aren’t sure what they are doing!
Paying close $10,000 in last few weeks to them and not sure if I will have to service it again SOON since that’s what has been happening each time after the service was done here this year..
Next time will go elsewhere if codes pop up to see if they are the ones who keep messing up something while working on the unit. Maybe they have new people they are training—don’t know.
Today was supposed to take only three hrs. But the trailer sits in there the whole day. The driver showed up at 6am as told. It’s almost 4 pm now and still here. I would look at the quotes with the grain of salt.
(Not sure why it feels as if they messed up something and are trying to cover it up.)
ARE they prolonging it on purpose when seeing you agitated with the service? It feels like they have ALL the time in the world.

I brought my reefer unit to Thermo King in McCook, IL, and while the initial communication was a bit challenging, Anthony quickly turned things around. Anthony was professional, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job getting everything running smoothly. His attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out. I’m very satisfied with the results and will definitely return for future service. Great work!

Went in for a download for my reefer trailer to be inspected. They took my info and got me a mechanic right away before I could park. He was friendly and they git me taken care of within a hour and half. This thermo king is a good location

Worst place ever and overpriced. I got here at 6am as I was told they don't take appointments, they work on a first come first serve basis.....well I have been here since 5:45am and it's now 10pm and still waiting and want to charge me $185 per hour......I wish I had read the reviews prior to bringing my truck here.
