“We have been using Cassidy for our new tires and repairs for years. These guys are great! Very kind and helpful. Good work and in the time frame promised. The only downside is few service guys on Saturdays. Definitely recommend them! Another tire service center actually recommended them to me because they couldn’t fix the hole in my tire because it was too big. I went to other place because of the Saturday issue but was back at Cassidy on Monday because they are the best.”

“I originally gave auto villa a great review! Since then I traded the truck I bought from them, I had purchased an extended warranty. When I returned to them to refund my extended warranty everything went smoothly, was told my money should be sent in a few weeks. It has been 9 months. I have called numerous times, stopped in and have had no response. Do not go to this place they are a rip off. I feel sorry for the salesman there, they did a great job, but the finance dept. “HONEST! This is the word I believe you will hear from any of their customers. What a great company and owners. Olaf was very helpful and meticulous in making sure that I understood my purchase. The quality of their handicap vehicles made it hard to decide. The day I purchased mine they sold two others while I was there. As a family owned alternative to the national company, they win hands down. I would never hesitate recommending them to anyone. Another plus is they provide service to the vehicles as well. They just made a lifelong customer out of me!”
“URW is by far the most well put-together and professional performance oriented shop I've ever seen and/or had experience with. I had a good amount of work planned to be done at the shop and Ben was quick to provide me a tour when I first visited. The shop is so clean, staff is all very professional, and the overall feeling you get after a short time of interacting with them is that you will be 100% taken care of. The high-dollar cars and complexity of the scope of work being done in that shop speaks volumes as far as what other customers are entrusting the shop with as well, which certainly helps show that they know what they are doing and can be fully trusted. Rates are super fair, work is done quickly and efficiently, and the daily customer communications were all some of the top reasons for my 5 star review, but the overall experience and the work they did was top-notch. Can't recommend URW enough and will definitely be going back!”

They are cost effective, not the cheapest in town but I don't want that. I want a service place that is laid back and has work done by decent people. “Quality Mufflers and Brakes is open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM & Saturday from 8:00 AM until 3:00 PM. Our Muffler had dislodged over the weekend, making a loud terrible noise. We brought the car in first thing Monday and were serviced right away. And the cost was nominal - a very good value. The car is fine now.”

“Dropped my explorer off for tire installation and alignment. After working in the industry myself for over a decade (diag/repair tech and shop manager) before retiring from it last year, it’s hard to find a shop that you can trust to do the work properly and honestly. Well, These guys nailed it. Alignment is dead on and they didn’t over charge like some other shops in surrounding area were quoting. These guys definitely will have my business again in the future. “They are always on target. They get it right the first time unlike all these other large corporate shops. I embarrassed myself. I had a suspension noise going in. Turns out I didn't completely tighten two bolts that hold the right front strut to the bottom arm. Woops. They impacted it on. Now no noise when I turn or when I got bumps. I also used them when my rear exhaust flange rotted and they cut out the flange and welded in a peice of pipe. That was over 5 years ago and it's still holding. If I know anyone with car problems I'll send them to you. Thanks again. I'll be back. ??Services: Steering & suspension repair”
