They have always cut me well. The hair, especially Vilma, but this time I went, my cut was horrible. The girl who cut it looked like she was new. It took a long time and the cut was very bad. Next time, I'll make sure that girl doesn't touch me.

My husband took my 1 year old for a haircut. My son is little so he is not use to getting his haircut so he did scream & cry. Which I’m sure is totally normal for kids his age. I seen my son get home & his haircut looked horrible. My husband said that it was because my son wouldn’t let the guy cut his hair & he would move a lot. My husband also mentioned that the guy cutting my sons hair looked mad/frustrated & said that they should charge more for the kids than the adults because the kids are more difficult which I thought was very rude. I told him I wouldn’t have let him finish the haircut I would have just walked out. I finally found a hair salon in crystal lake called Ali hair salon. She was very patient with my son she also said that there is a lot of places that won’t cut kids hair for the reason that they cry & scream. But she also has kids of her own so she knows what it’s like. & she also said she cuts kids hair if they cry or not because she’s “Mexican” ? she also took her time & she was very professional

Very poor service indeed! As you can see from the most recent reviews this place has very low ratings for customer satisfaction. I don’t expect the person cutting my hair to have a conversation with me, but I certainly don’t expect the person to be taking online classes for English while I’m in his booth paying for his time lol. Dead serious can’t make this stuff up. The days of good old fashion do your work while at work are good and gone. Forget about receiving good service at this place. Common courtesy has left this establishment and many more other business around this area. What a shame! I don’t ever leave a review but felt like I had to on this one. Been going here for 15 us years and now that they have changed all of the former stylists it has went %100 down hill. If I want my hair cut by the person that's been doing it for so long I have to go to round lake. The one girl was facetiming during my son's hair cut. Sadens me very much!

Bad haircut, nearly refused service with appointment although they close at 8 they almost refused to cut my hair at 3in the afternoon don't waste your time and money

My long hair was cut so uneven and short my bangs were thick and low on one side and high on the other (I have a middle part). I got in my car and cried the whole way home and had to go to cost cutters to get it fixed. I’m definitely one to bash on a business but I was absolutely humiliated.Service: Haircut

Terrible place, they gave me an appointment at 9:00 in the morning and the lady arrived half an hour late, I also asked her for some Californian highlights and they did a totally different job for me, she bleached the entire front part and when I complained to her she told me That was what was fashionable when I didn't ask for that, I had to go the same day to another salon to have it fixed.
