Great service asked multiple questions to make sure they ordered the right calipers and rotors will come back again when I need something for my car thanks once again and it’s nice to have people care about where they work

Amazing! I needed new wipers for my car and not only did employee Dalton find them for me; but he went out in the pouring rain and put them on for me. Dalton was very polite and helpful. I will definitely be returning back to the MvHenry location again!

Worst customer service and especially the Manager his Name is Dalton C parts service Manager was intoxicated at work doesn't know how to communicate properly he was also harassing my wife i was about to call the police but its waste to call the police because what is the police going to do we have been coming her for the past 12 years I never had a problem with this store I have been spending Thousands of dollars especially today 5/23/2024 really bad attitude really bad service we were trying to buy brakes parts and other stuff so we had mobli coupon and we wanted to use he was saying that's for online store and we showed him that's not for online order he didn't even looked at my phone because he was drunk I can smell his breath he didn't even apologize neither one of us I haven been for customer service for the past 20 years and he tells me to go back where you work and the buy the parts from there I said really omay we left didnt even purchase its waste because you not getting respect so we left right after we were leaving I said I am post this on My Google review about this store experience worst experience and he said good luck with that wow again with the attitude and rude to my wife

AMAZING!!! Really great place, they were quick, helpful, and very efficient. I got recommended by Chris, an employee there and Roberto helped fix my car battery and sensors, Roberto was so nice and helpful. Definitely recommend going there! Roberto has been phenomenal!

I called a few times and spoke to workers when looking for brake parts for my car. Long story short both Patti and then Roberto went way out of the way and helped me find the best deal on my rotors and brakes available, went way out of their way! Over, above and beyond! They deserve a raise! They are definitely an asset to Autozone!

Roberto went above & beyond to help me!! Saved me a lot of time. Actually did the work for me to drill out damaged/rusted screws, so I could replace a burned out brake light bulb. Talk about great service... I'll be back anytime I need auto parts.
