Just walked out at 11:30am on Nov 4. The lady at the front greeting people was as sweet as can be. The lady checking me out didn't even say hi or a bye. In fact she was having a conversation with another employee the entire time she was checking me out. The other one cussing while gossiping about something. I had my 5 year old daughter with me. So unprofessional and rude.

Bath & Body Works has been a constant necessity in my life for years upon years. From body lotions, body sprays, room mists, car fresheners, candles and room plug-in scents…. this is my place!Yesterday, I went into this location (which I’ve previously been here before) and I was extremely pleased by the manager (by far) and the cashier who checked out my items. They were more concerned about the customer than they were about the sale, and that deserves a big star especially now a days. Thank you!I’ve honestly been going to these stores for over 10 years and this store and the employees really stood out so much that I needed to write this review to give them the pat on the back that they truly deserve!

Between semi annual sales, B3G3 plus 20% off coupons and free items... I might as well take up residency here. The employees are always super sweet, attentive and full of suggestions once they know what scent notes you prefer. The last reason I love this location so much is because it's not in a giant mall where I have to navigate my way through tons of people and stores I'm not interested in. Thank you for always providing a clean and pleasant shopping experience! ?

G r eat manager Carol! Took care of me like Gold! I'm disabled n needed helping taking few heavy candle bags out n she had someone help me take to Jeep n put them in. The SA wished me a great day. Love going all the way to McHenry apposed to Gurnee stores where I get treated very poorly!
