They charged me twice for adding a line and when I called boost directly the said I only paid 24$ in cash. I paid $50 on my credit card and have the receipt. I had already paid for a SIM card the day prior and was charged again for it. The guy lied in their system and charged me more on the card reader. Stealing money from me. Thief’s

Called customer service line for my account # as i was switching carriers and they cancelled my phone number within 5 minutes so i couldnt carry over my phone number. Beware of Boost Mobile.
