Nancy was extremely accommodating, waiting for me to get there close to closing, very knowledgeable, and friendly.
But I've waited several weeks and still haven't heard back with an estimate for auto body work. And when you call the number, it rings three times and disconnects.
Would love to give them my business but can't seem to.

Had someone hit my rear bumper and I found BVA on Google search. SO GLAD I DID! Not only did they work with me when I asked if they could fix the bumper instead of a full replacement they kept my car when I had to go out of town.
Well, Nancy called me for an update on something while I was in the process of having a very bad morning and even gave an ear when I needed it. When I came back into town. Not only did they did a phenomenal job fixing the bumper, they waived my storage fee, AND even touched up the paint on my passenger wheel well from a grocery cart being dragged about 8 inches down the side at no charge. She said that it sounded like I was having a really hard time and that they just wanted to do something nice for me and they had the paint.
ABOVE AND BEYOND WITH AMAZINGLY GOOD HEART! I definitely will be going here for any and all auto body needs going forward. Thank you BVA for everything you did for me that weekend.

I was extremely satisfied with the repairs and paint job to my Camaro. Nancy and her crew did a tremendous job and she is so knowledgeable. I would recommend Bull Valley Auto Body to anyone that has a small repair or a large repair.💯

I hit a metal mailbox, left a nice scratch in my hood. Nancy at the front was super friendly, and responded fast. They got my car in and out in 3 days even with the painter being sick! And the hood looks brand new!!Service: Painting

Terrible customer service. I went three days ago to get an estimate for my car to be repair. Two people came out to look at my car and neither one for them introduced themselves to me. They just took pictures and told me they will get back to me the next day with an estimate. As of this morning (Day 3) I still have not heard from them Via email or phone. I highly recommend Precision AutoBody in Crystal lake if you want an excellent experience.

Nancy at Bull Valley Autobody was great! She took at look at our banged up new traverse and had one of her guys take a look as well! They came back immediately with the most competitive cost to repair it, did some of the highest quality body work I've ever seen (I've been in the business too) and got it done SUPER FAST!!! This is a place you can trust, run by a family you can trust!!!! Car was washed and waiting when you arrived!!!! Top tier upper level work and service from start to finish!!!! I own a 2014 Ford Explorer. Bought it used from one of those shady used car lots in Chicago off of Western Ave. on the Northside about 2 years ago so I wasn't surprised when a few things here and there weren't quite right with the car. Glove box falls out whenever we open it. Huge deep scratch in the paint on the hood... a few other minor things here and there (for now).For the most part, I felt pretty comfortable with ignoring these things and I figured since my family and I just moved to McHenry from Chicago, I'd take my time to look for a auto body shop that does good work and most important run an honest business. I didn't need to get ripped off againWell one morning after dropping off our son at daycare I went to open my driver side door and pulled the door handle completely off! I was lucky for two reasons. 1) My wife was inside the car on the passenger side. 2) I didn't do anything that morning that pissed her off and so she reached over to pull on the inside driver 's side door handle and let me in the car!So now I really had to find an auto body repair shop. I'm not one for researching very well (obviously) and I called the first two places that were listed on my Google search results. One was Bull Valley Auto Body and the other one I can't even remember. I got an answering machine at both and didn't leave a message - I just hung-up. But after I hung-up on the second place, my phone started ringing and I recognized the number as the number I just called for Bull Valley Auto Body. It was Nancy (she's awesome) calling me back to see if there was anything I needed help with.Now... I'll say this. Most places, would've just ignored the number that didn't leave a message. Nancy at Bull Valley calling me back EVEN when I didn't leave a message showed me that these people wanted my business. It's been my experience that people who go that extra mile to get your business without even knowing what they could help you with is a sure sign that these people are worth checking out.So I told Nancy what happened and setup a time for me to stop by that same day so they can have a look at my Ford.I get there and pull my car into their garage and they looked at my door. They had cars in there that they were doing some major body work on so I felt a little embarrassed that I was bringing this to them. I thought to myself that compared to the other stuff they were working on, what I needed for them to fix must have been such a waste of time. But nope... Nancy and the other folks I met there were very professional - made me feel that my little issue was very important to them. Nancy even showed me all the other cool stuff they were working on - I felt extremely welcomed.They had to order a part (the door handle) and told me they would call me when the part was in and that we'd schedule a time for them to pull the door panel off so they can install the door handle. Told me it would be a half day job.About a day went by and I got a call from Nancy telling me that my part was in. So we schedule a day for me to drop off my car so they can install the new door handle. Let me say this, it took me longer to get to writing this review than it took them to get that door handle installed on my door. It was just as Nancy had told me - it took about a half a day (I think it was actually less) to get the work done. I had to pick it up the next day because of work.I'm not familiar with how much things cost and I"m thinking I'm probably going to have to take out a loan plus offer up a couple of cartons of eggs (exaggerating about taking out a loan) to pay for this. But when Nancy told me what the bills was, I was just pleasantly surprised at how VERY reasonable it was and for the quality of work they did to my car and for the professionalism they extended to me.People...
