Once again Buss Ford has not only meet my expectations but exceed them. This is the third car I have purchased from Buss. The entire process from selecting, trad-in, financing, paperwork was smooth, efficient, and timely. At no point did I ever feel pressured, Brandon W. and Isaac sat and listened, we ran all the scenarios and I walked away feeling like I (we) made the right decision, I appreciated the team work. Thank you Isaac, Brandon W., and Drew for confirming once again why I come to Buss Ford for all of my needs.

We've been dealing with Buss Ford for service and for our vehicle purchases for the past 4 years. The service teams there are all very nice. Ben Parada (sales) has made both mine and my husband's vehicle purchases smooth and painless. I was looking for a specific used vehicle and Ben helped me find it with all the options (some extra), price range and mileage range that I requested. We've always had good communication with everyone there. Highly recommend Buss Ford in McHenry.

Buss went beyond what I thought a dealership could be. Chris went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase even after the official sale. Care that was second to none even when they no longer had an obligation to continue serving us. Tons of appreciation here and we will definitely be back next time we need a car.

I’m GENUINELY concerned where, how, & why does it seem like the FEMALE employees here were ACTUALLY trained to be the RUDEST & NASTIEST/SNARKY people in this business please replace or retrain these people on some basic manners & customer service skills or you will run out of customers your sales team is VERY PROFESSIONAL however your service department is an ENTIRE JOKE what is a business without it’s customers therefore CUSTOMER SERVICE should be at the forefront telling a customer in the RUDEST SNARKIEST tone “WELL YOU COULD GO SOMEWHERE ELSE” is NOT at all how you GET nor KEEP ANYONES BUSINESS please get it together over there ASAP I’ll even offer to train these RUDE & SNARKY women myself because NONE of the men have been rude

Went to Buss ford to buy a vehicle and they took excellent care of me from the reception to Justin in financing. The whole experience was fantastic and they helped me with any questions I had and where very transparent about their vehicles.
