Our thanks to Castle Cadillac for their team’s performance in helping us view, drive, and negotiate the purchase of our new Cadillac for our company. It was truly one of the smoothest vehicle-purchase transactions for us ever.
Their approach is evolved, comfortable, and skips the high-pressure tactics you’ve come to expect when buying a vehicle. They still make their pitches to sell you more, but it’s done once or twice and then they move on. Dealerships are in business to make money - they have to pitch various options - but these guys handled themselves in such a professional way across the board, that we never once found ourselves dying to get out of there the way we normally do when trying to make a deal. We got the deal we needed in an extremely reasonable timeframe.
The vehicle was made immaculate and we left with it - fully satisfied.

I have gone to Castle Cadillac several times for service. I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful, and honest. They will let me know if there is something that should be looked at but they are not pushy at all. I will continue to support their dealership.

Had an appointment at 9 am to check why check engine light went on for a day, and then went off, and check battery. Thought maybe a censor. After an hour and a half still hadn’t heard anything. Texted the service advisor finally to ask status. Had to text him twice for response, then apologized and said he’d have information shortly. Another half hour passed before they advised me they recommended over $10K in repairs for my 2016 Escalade valued at around $13K. Had them change battery only and still cost me almost $600! 🤔
