So greatful my insurance covers prescriptions filled here again! They are so efficient and I hope to never have to switch back to the McHenry Walgreens across the street! On average, I spend over an hour on hold of I need to call that Walgreens, CVS had a 20 minute wait time when they went through a short period of being severally understaffed. Knowledgeable staff with great specifics on medication questions that never make me feel rushed and even though I only switched back to CVS a month ago, I've picked up many scripts for my mom & sister over the past 2 years (and then some when I would come visit from WI over the past 9 years).

Great staff and super friendly. There have been staffing issue recently and that is the only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars. Prescriptions usually filled in time and always correctly.

Try to ease up on if someone doesn't have a email address linked to there card. Not everyone wants spamming emails. The pharmacist can be a little nicer if someone has a question on something rather than attending the people that are picking up and dropping off.
