Rude, rude, rude…. If I didn’t have to use cvs as my preferred pharmacy for insurance reasons I wouldn’t step foot in another cvs again.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN. I will do EVERYTHING in my power to get the man who was working overnight at the pharmacy fired. Had an attitude from start to finish. Rushed me throughout the whole interaction. And because he was upset he made me wait 1 hour for eyedrops that they already had. I drove 30 minutes to get the prescription my doctor prescribed me and the audacity to treat a customer like that is unacceptable.

DO NOT GO HERE!! The pharmacy switched MULTIPLE medications with another person. It’s dangerous, reckless…. My own psychiatrist had to chew them out. I had to go a MONTH without medication because everytime a prescription was made in my name it was put under somebody else.

Love using the coupons that you get when checking out. Wish the expiration date on them had longer period of time.

CVS in McHenry used to have great staff, as others had mentioned, however now that they hired Calvin, Beau, and Keaton they have no clue what they’re doing. My family has been coming to this pharmacy for years without any problems, but once everyone that was good quit they ran into the ground. We had problems last month because the guy was new and didn’t want to fill the script, despite the system showing it’s the same script from the same doctor that’s been filled there for years. We dropped off a script on Wednesday night and they said they would fill it, went in to pick it up last night at midnight and they said they lost the script and to come back in this morning at 8. My family went back in there and now they’re saying they won’t fill the script because they didn’t have one in stock and the other one they said the “dose was too high” and they “weren’t comfortable filling it.” They can look in the system and see the same man has gotten the same script at the same dose, but now it’s a problem because they’re all new employees. If they felt the need to call the doctor they had days to do so and the manager we spoke to this morning, Beau, was very rude and did not help us at all, only criticized us for not bringing in the script sooner, which we did. They had several days to contact the doctor, check the system, put medications aside etc., however it’s our fault for “not bringing them in early” when we did.

Went here to pick up a photo. Granted it was free Tmobile magnet but regardless when I opened it after I already left. It was super crooked. I’m not thrilled. Very upset and next time will just create my own.

The staff at this CVS Pharmacy location is a joke!! They don’t answer their phones. They put you on hold and never come back to attend you! Fire them all and rehire professional staff members!

So greatful my insurance covers prescriptions filled here again! They are so efficient and I hope to never have to switch back to the McHenry Walgreens across the street! On average, I spend over an hour on hold of I need to call that Walgreens, CVS had a 20 minute wait time when they went through a short period of being severally understaffed. Knowledgeable staff with great specifics on medication questions that never make me feel rushed and even though I only switched back to CVS a month ago, I've picked up many scripts for my mom & sister over the past 2 years (and then some when I would come visit from WI over the past 9 years).

Be Very Aware of his Horrible Pharmacy .They switch brands of Meds On you without notice.Then when you come back into the store and confront them they accuse you of mistreating them.They refused too take back meds because of longvpaperwork and send it to a more reputable Pharmacy.This could possibly injure or kill somebody .It should be a Law they must of inform the customer when they use a cheaper less effective replacement drug especially Imported from low rated Pharmaceuticals

For 5 days I've been trying to get my son's allergy medication. Either the drive up window is closed or so backed up and the line doesn't move. Don't bother going inside the waiting line zig zags through all of store. I will be going back to walgreens.

Drive thru not open for over a month. Some of the employees in pharmacy very rude. One does not receive calls regarding rx readiness or delay.. prices in store r very very high. Sometimes not open 24 hrs as advertised. Phones r notanswered or very long wait if answered at all.wait is a long tine
