This is a three star only because of Jacob from golf, Olivia at the register and Amber the manager. Jacob was very helpful and all three very friendly. Older Lady on the motorized cart and glasses is very unprofessional and not only needs to learn customer service but how to speak to younger/new co-works. Please tell her respect is a two way street.

This store has terrible customer service with cashiers. Each time I receive a coupon through my athletic organization to use there I ALWAYS feel questions by one specific cashier. It’s honestly uncomfortable and when I rarely need to return something, it’s also questioned. Like a bat that’s still wrapped in the packaging that was a gift. This store doesn’t live up to the service and value on items on being on sale. There’s plenty of competition out there where you’re not questioned or you can get good sales.

John & John did an awesome job helping me get some golf club woods. I needed new clubs because mine were stolen. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for sporting good assistance.

Unprofessional kids that don't know how to attend to customers. You ask them for something and they tell you they don't have it when it shows online that they carry it and have it. They don't bother to search for it. They just leave you there standing and they move on and away. Good thing is that I found what I wanted.

My fiancé and I had the greatest experience with John in the golf department. John gave us some excellent tips while my fiancé practiced his swing at the golf simulator. We look forward to shopping for future golf product at the McHenry location. Thank you John!

This store is an absolute joke. Took me over an hour for them to get me a fishing lisence. Bought a fishing rod that broke first cast and they wouldn't return it because we didn't get the protection plan. Which by the way never offered me the protection plan for the rod. Would never shop at this store again. Customer service is a joke and so is management.
