First off, I had to use the bathroom
and there were feces all over the toilet, the floors and the wall and I'm not talking about a little. Completely disgusting.
Then I went to pay, I bought 5 items a$1.25 a piece. Luckily I asked for a receipt because as I was walking out, I looked at the receipt and the total said $28.00. I went back to the same cashier and she said. "Oh this register has been doing that all day".. She then said, you probably don't want cash back, and I said it was fine. She then handed me a $20 bill. I went to my car and back in again and talked to the cashier again and there was another girl there and I explained that there was also a $1.25 transaction fee added on. The girl was quick to tell me it was my fault that I asked for cash back. I told her I did not ask for any cash back and the cashier even said several times that the machine was doing that with other customers. The one girl went in the back to talk to a manager? She then came back and said there's nothing we can do. You hit the cash back button.
I am very upset with the poor customer service and the way I was treated. The girl even said that she needed to close down the register and open a new one. I have been a customer at Dollar Tree for years and sometimes go 2-3 times a week and spend a lot of money there. After this I will not go to one more store and will make sure I warn people. I would expect a phone call back but after the way I was treated in this store and way supposed management handled the situation I won't hold my breath.

If your hours are 9am to 9pm, its expected of the company and the store to stay open until 9 not 8:50. Yall waste my damn gas.

I think the employees are wonderful but shame on the store owner.The large carpet as you walk in is filthy! The bathroom as well is beyond dirty too. I think the whole store needs a makeover deep cleaning so badly.This has been this way for the last few years.Your employees deserve better and customers too!!!!!I am reporting you to the health department.
