Don's recently aligned my son's 2013 Grand Cherokee SRT8 that had a lowering kit installed by a different mechanics shop that wasn't correct. Went through tires every 2000 miles. Since Don's corrected the lowering kit and aligned it perfectly the SRT8 rides better and doesn't wear out tires. Thanks for a great job.

Did a great job aligning a very low car for me. Didn't charge me anything extra even after I offered to pay extra labor so they could take their time with it. Great communication, prompt scheduling, and work done when they said it would be. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thanks again!

Best alignment shop in the Midwest! I’ve had multiple tires balanced, mounted and aligned with Don’s Alignment. I have the smoothest vehicles on the road because of Al and Corey. Highly recommended!

#1 in my book. They do what other shops can’t/wont! I needed my suv aligned after installing after market suspension etc. Chain tire shops wouldn’t align the vehicle, “probably don’t have the knowledge or skills to do the alignment without relying on a computer”.
The guys at Dons can do it! & They
get it done correctly!!! Thank you

These guys were awesome! Got a few tires and an alignment done there after others in town said they couldn't do it. Will definitely be back for any and all of my auto needs!

Family owned shop and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They explained what they did to get my car back in alignment. Thanks!

If I could have given it 0, I would have. Had my CV joint replaced in November to have it shear in half two days ago after backing out of a parking spot in Ohare. Total mileage after the service was less than 2000 miles. Total cost was about $480 to have the joint installed. I went in asking the owner to do the right thing and refund me and pay for my rental car that I now have for a week while my car gets the work done again near Ohare. Shop just blamed it on Napa part and just said it was not their fault. He told me he would call napa to see what they could do but no commitment to reimburse me the money that I was out for the failure. He called me a couple hours later to tell me he called napa but never heard from him again. I ended up calling Napa to file a claim to get the refund for the parts and labor. Napa would only reimburse $50/day for max of two days despite this happening on a late Thursday night at the airport and parts not available over the weekend. Napa did reimburse me for the original parts and labor. My towing was covered as I had AAA, but still out about $250 after the total reimbursement from Napa who also refused to budge on anything more than the $100 for the car. So as an end user, I had to take care of filing a claim with this garage's supplier and also spend another $250 for something that was not my fault. Come to find out it also needed a spacer in order to be aligned right and not to rub as my truck is lifted. I try to support small businesses but not standing behind your work and taking care of your customer when the shop chooses to use non-OEM parts is ridiculous. He should have reimbursed me on the spot and dealt with getting his money back from his supplier. Having been an executive for several companies, I could not imagine telling my customer not my fault and forcing them to deal with my supplier for a failed product I delivered to them. I am a single mom with one vehicle. I am very lucky that I did not make it to the interstate that night and this failed like this while driving.
