Let me start off by saying everyone here was very very nice, and it was easy to make an appointment. However, we booked a $50 consultation, and when we got in there and were doing what we thought was the consultation, our taxes were just completely filed without us knowing that's what was happening and we were hit with $500 completely unexpectedly. Again they were very nice and incredibly knowledgeable. But we were pretty upset about that. Then, we recently got a tax bill because apparently we didn't pay/withhold enough. I feel like they should know how much should be withheld and should have warned us we would be receiving a bill so we could prepare. Maybe I'm wrong about that part, but the original issue with the consultation was honestly enough for me.

Unprofessional, lack of care for clients personal information. We received amongst our tax documents 3 tax. Numbers of people we don't know. Didn't properly allocate deductions. Overcharged and lacked candor. Fraud is 100% on the books. Darlene has been stealing for YEARS from members of the community that put their trust in her. She takes advantage of her Hispanic clients and advises businesses on how to steal while charging them 2k for "payroll management" took advantage of a family suffering great losses. IRS audit x100

Unprofessional and rude. My family has gone to this location to see Ming for years. One of the years they did my taxes, Ming’s daughter did my taxes and she double charged me. They claimed they could receive payment through Zelle. I sent the money and she said it never came through. They made me send it again even though it showed that is had sent on my end. I sent it again and she had received twice the payment. She gave me the runaround for 2 weeks why it would take a while to be refunded when she could have just sent me one of the payments back. Absolutely ridiculous. Ming filed our taxes last year and along with refusing to provide answers to questions because my mother in law, also a customer was in the room, and just started acting belligerently rude. Year over year she’s yielded mediocre results and unprofessional childish attitudes. We’ll be taking our business elsewhere.

I was a 7 year H&R Block regular never knew anything else. Coming here to Fast Tax was a completely different experience and should have come here years ago! Called on a Friday, was looking for a first availability, they just had someone cancel and they said I could come in right away! Then scheduled for the following day and was greeted with a warm welcome unpin entering. This place makes you feel more like family from start to finish. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and answered all my questions and gave great advice in prep for future tax preps. I learned more in one visit than all the years at a big name H&R Block. Highly Highly recommended.

Sometimes, if you're lucky ... you'll get cookies during your appointment!!!" /totally wants some of those chocolate chip cookies that I nabbed from Darlene's desk in 2019
