Dave and Adam are an amazing team. I been going here for years and multiple times they have gone out of there way to help. I have a hose they can't get from the dealership so they tried getting it from somewhere else after market but it doesn't fit. So now they are trying to get it fixed for me until the part that is on backorder by the dealership with no date is available again. This part is needed to make my AC work, oh and it's May! This is not first time they went out of there way. Thank You Dave and Adam and the entire team in McHenry.

I can’t say enough good things about Adam. He was so helpful and so patient. He worked with me and showed amazing professionalism, and also flexibility. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly.!! Appreciated very much all of his time, effort, and energy. As a senior citizen and a widow, it was very refreshing to have someone treat you so respectfully and kindly. As I continue to inquire about several possible discounts, Adam reassured me he would help in anyway to keep the cost as reasonable as possible and he did just that! Thank you, Adam.

I brought my car in to be inspected as to why the front driver side has been making a tapping noise. I installed new sway links and struts. They told me honestly that the links aren't tight. They can't tighten them because I installed these. They did tell me my serpentine belt is cracking a little and they filled my windshield fluid for 10 bucks. So I'll have to take a look at these links. Thanks for being honest .
