“Our experience with Colonial was top-tier from the moment we reached out. After the sudden unexpected passing of my father, my brothers and I scrambled to figure out arrangements and Colonial was with us every step of the way. We never felt out of the loop or that we couldn’t reach out.

Kate was incredibly helpful through this difficult time. She was so caring, gentle, and understanding. Even though we had our father cremated at another funeral home since he was out of town during his passing, Colonial was more than happy to provide services for our family. We felt a completely different vibe from Colonial than we did from the other funeral home and I wish we could’ve used them for all services. They truly care and want what is best for your family and your wishes. They had easels for photo boards, urns to choose from, connections with local florists, personalized prayer cards, help with the obituary, a slideshow during the service, a kneeler by the urn, and a podium/microphone for a eulogy and prayer. There’s no way it could have gone smoother.
