He was very down to earth and got me up to speed quickly on what to expect.Later, our family encountered some very strange hiccups in the process which could have easily become quite stressful and none of which had to do with Justen Funeral or their expert personnel.As a result, Michelle was assigned to handle the significant special needs that arose out of our unique situation, and she came through amazingly on so many levels.To say Justen has a rich and long history may sound quaint, but I highly suggest anyone considering Funeral Services in the McHenry County area - take a hard look at these folks. I can truly say, that if you want what our family certainly feels is the best possible treatment, care and understanding during the family’s grieving process, then consider Justen Funeral.A final note – my Dad is an Veteran and they helped arrange a beautiful ceremony with 21 Gun salute, and Bugle and Flag Folding Ceremony. Michelle also did an awesome job helping us create the Urn and pack everything into our mini-memorial.”
