If I could give no stars that’s exactly what I would do. The level of unprofessionalism I have received from this establishment is atrocious. From the minute we walked in we should have walked out. The first car we looked at was dead but we understood lights can be left on.. once jumped the engine light wouldn’t go off.. when we told the salesman that we were uncomfortable purchasing a car with an engine light we were given so much kick back.. but we go to another car and take a guess.. ALSO DEAD. That should have been our time to go but my husband and I still purchased a brand new car from this dealership in.. back in May… when we attempted to make our first months payment we couldn’t and when we reached out to the loan company to try and pay they told us to wait because we don’t have a account just yet. Fast forward to end of July we find our castle never sent our paper work. So not only did our payment not get set up but WE WEREN'T EVEN OFFICIALLY APPROVED! We get that taken care of and move on to August the transmission of the brand new car fails.. I call castle to get in and was given the worst customer service… I was told that I needed to wait until Saturday and there are no loaners because loaners need to be scheduled out and they wouldn’t give me one.. mind you we are paying extra for the warranty we were told would cover any maintenance, loaners, etc… i asked to speak with a manger and have not been contacted. I will never do business with this place again and warn others before doing so.
My car is being serviced at biggers in Elgin and we are being treated like proper paying customers.

On July 5th my GMC Sierra 1500 Denali experienced a diesel engine fault. The Service Team immediately took the vehicle in for evaluation. They determined the cause and deemed the vehicle undriveable. Following the 4th of July weekend they set out to source the failed sensor/assembly. The item was not in stock and required over a month to receive and a few days to install. While I was inconvenienced without a vehicle for such a long time the service department provided a loaner and my GMC warranty covered the cost of a rental vehicle so that my family could still travel to the east coast for our scheduled two week vacation. Chris Scholer provided excellent CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you!

My service guy Luke was fantastic a gentleman but got oil change thought should check tire pressure but wasn't the case unfortunately and the complementary car wash they advertise is horrible but it was ok cause of Luke but I've had problems in past of them saying they checked my cabin and air filters in last year and half and that wasn't the case got them changed myself cause wife had serious sinus issues even paid 499 to have my house vents cleaned before the filter situation just not right I mean they even would of made the money can't wrap my head around it really wish I could post my pics here seriously

Called to schedule oil change on a high performance vehicle, one that GM doesn’t make anymore, engine isn’t made either, and is dry sump engine. Girl on phone did not understand it wasn’t a car a regular lube tech could work on. This is a 800+ horsepower car. REFUSED to schedule me with service and told me the only thing I could do is show up for an oil change which they don’t schedule anymore. First come first serve. Purchased this car for over $120k via Gary Lang, specially built. Along with over a million dollars in other vehicles. We will never be returning. Also, our #1 spot for a C8 Z06 allocation got “taken away” when Castle took over last year. CASTLE SUCKS. Very disappointing!

Took a half day off work because the engine light came on and they don't do loaners. Honestly the first time I have ever bought new and the first time I don't get loaners when I have to come in for unscheduled warranty service. I'm told the engine light is on and the remote start doesn't work because a camera is bad. I don't understand why a bad camera sets off the engine light. How bout a separate light for non-engine problems. They needed to order a camera. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything back. My engine light is still on, so hopefully nothing actually goes wrong with the engine. Going to have to try Crystal Lake

The service department was extremely un-professional. I took my vehicle in Wednesday to get a radio update for a recall and another unrelated radio issue. I made another appointment due to the software taking 2 hours and was not told that prior to my arrival. I was told to Made an appointment for that Friday and there would be a shuttle to take me home . Worked with Dino who was unprofessional that Friday. Was told that they could get someone from another store to drive me but it’s going to be hard for you to get back here and would have to be on your own to get back. I waited to accommodate the dealership. An hour and a half later was told the radio issue is unknown and they did not know how long the repair would take. I went home to wait for a phone call. Dino calls me and said they don’t know how long it would take and would be unable to give me a loaner car. I informed him my wife was 8 months pregnant and have a two year old. I do not want to leave her without a car, he said it was my decision and fault that I wouldn’t have a car to drive and would have to leave the vehicle there. They can put the truck back together and I could pick it up. but I will accommodate them and leave my PREGNANT wife without a vehicle because I need a vehicle for being on call for work. Mind you, I bout and financed the vehicle through Castle. I would’ve been fine with a old vehicle on the lot with 200,000 miles I just needed a car, but yet again they could not accommodate any need and I was accommodating them for three days. I attempted to speak with the service manager JR; however, left messages and never got a phone call returned. I spoke with a the general sales manager Jerome who informed me it was unacceptable and would reach out to me the following day. However, I never received a phone call. I understand that vehicles could take time to diagnose the issue?m, but to tell the customer it was their decision to leave their product to get fixed for their issue is unacceptable. Very disappointed with the service. My plan was to buy another vehicle from castle in a few months once my wife’s lease is up, but the experience made me reconsider.

I bought a car on Monday and the brake pads are bad. Our Sales rep was amazing which I would love to write more about but I’m super annoyed they sound so bad. I took it for a test drive on Friday they were fine. When I was on my way Monday, and they confirmed they’d have everything ready, they text me to pick up tomorrow the car was being detailed. We took an Uber from over an hour away and told them that so they said okay come in. I’m seriously wondering if the brake pads were switched out. We noticed it that night and I was like no way. It’s Thursday today and it’s clear they need to be replaced. I wrote our party with financing about it yesterday since I had her contact email no response so I texted today a bit ago no response yet. I really hope I don’t have to pay for new brake pads and my first month making a car payment for a car I got this week. I will update my review once someone gets back to me.

I have been without a working radio for months, this is the second time it has stopped working. The first time you replaced the antenna and it worked. The static is so bad you cannot listen to stations. I was told nothing is wrong and radios always have static! For two years it worked fine.
This is reminiscent of the very serious problem I had with the car not starting. I brought it several times only to be told they could not find a problem. The problem continued. I drove to Missouri last year only to have the car not start when I stopped at a rest stop. Three hours later I was able to get it started. When I got to my hotel once again it wouldn’t start. I had to stay in Missouri and rent a car while the dealership there repaired the car. Amazing, they found the problem and fixed it. Your service department is the worse! By the way the problem was listed on the GMC site and the dealer in Missouri had received a bulletin about it.
