This time I only came in for the Auto Butler application. I was met by a friendly Advisor, Ronald Arnold, who told me he would take care of it, estimated how long it would take, and directed me to the waiting area. When it was done, he reviewed with me what was done and took me to my car. It was a pleasant experience.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing my first Subaru here in December. I was in a pretty stressful situation (thanks to Hyundai who wouldnât honor my warranty) and had to go car shopping asap. I was in the parking lot of another dealership in Crystal Lake and had called Castle, and they said, âCome in, weâll take care of you.â And they werenât kidding. Enan, Nicole, and Nate were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. They turned what was a very stressful time for me into such a pleasant experience. I brought my dad with me to check out the car and he said that he plans on purchasing his next car from them as well. Absolutely amazing team and I am so grateful. Iâll never buy a car from anywhere else.

JR at the service desk is always my go-to. He isnât pushy, explains everything so well, and is very responsive. This last time he noticed I had my 4-year-old with me, anticipated a longer wait time, and offered a loaner which ended up being a lifesaver. Never going anywhere else!

Ian was incredible, so patient and helpful. He listened to what I wanted, and went out back and brought it out. Plastic covers and all! No one had really touched it before he brought it to me. It had everything I wanted, and was a color I liked. Someone else wanted it, I felt bad, but was glad he was so quick to get it for me. He explained everything to me. Answered all my many questions. It was such a good experience. The young lady that had to spend almost a half hour trying to get my phone to work right. It was something I'm sure my IT son shut down for me years ago. They have deals going, and had so many good add ons. Noel was great helping get it all going and the gentleman that did the financing was so through. He helped me get a great rate. Thank you team, the young man that kept calling me with information, and making sure they had what I wanted. And if course Bodie was adorable and relieves a lot of the stress of buying a new car. It was actually fun.
