I highly recommend Castle Subaru McHenry. They were accommodating to a last minute appointment, thank you Nicole, and had a great selection. Ask for George Zakrzewski he did an amazing job helping me find the right car and didn't rush or pressure me, walking me thru multiple price options. He even took the time to take my call to clear up any questions I had after the purchase. Thanks all.

I bought my first Subaru today. My 1st new car I picked myself. Ed was the first person I met he has very helpful and not pushy. He asked what I wanted and was very helpful, honest and friendly. When decided to go forward with my purchase I did everything on the phone ( that was great no sitting around) I picked up my car with Anderson., my paperwork was done had to do some signing and there was no hassle. The people at Castel Subaru are great.

I contacted Castle as an out-state-buyer and had the opportunity to work with Andrea, Nicole, and George. Prior to working with this team, I had already interacted with different dealerships nationwide. I must say that Castle was by far the most approachable, helpful, and responsive group that I dealt with throughout my nationwide search. Andrea responded to my initial inquiry right away. Nicole provided detailed information, spent time with me on the phone answering countless questions and helping to navigate the nuances of dealings for out-state individuals. George was knowledgeable and openly explained processes and procedures. Unlike other dealerships I had dealt with, the team at Castle seemed to hear me, respect my requests and questions, and follow through on their words. I would recommend them and return for future needs.

My new car purchase at Castle Subaru in Mchenry was a 5 STAR experience! I just purchased a 2025 Outback Wilderness and traded in a vehicle. My reasons are as follows:
Price Points –
- The negotiated price was stellar.
- The promotional finance rate.
- Top dollar for my trade in plus tax credit towards new vehicle.
- Price of extended warranty (I choose to purchase.)
Dealer Customer Service/Staff –
- My sales consultant, Andersen, is an outstanding young man. He is polite, respectful, knowledgeable and not pushy [at all], he was on point and straight forward; no game playing needed. I had the best experience buying a car for myself with him.
- The General Sales Manager, Nicole, is on her game! Super nice, super helpful, friendly, polite and Nicole will 100% do what she promises. She makes it happen!
- Victor, in the Finance Office, where you sign all your paperwork [and any additional Add-Ons you may like] is easy going and very nice to close out your purchase. He is not pushy, like most in the finance office are, he is respectful of your answers and is a cool guy to chat with about cars or anything. For my new car purchasing (over 12), Victor has been the best finance office experience to date.
Overall, the only other time I had such a positive experience was when we bought my fiancé a new car in 2022. For me, Castle Subaru was the best new car buying experience to date. No pressure, No hassles, No BS, GREAT Customer Service, Great OTD pricing/finance rate/trade in, and everything completed online after test driving then went in the next day with my fiancé for about an hour…and off we went. Easy Peasy!
