Hit or miss. A couple years ago I donated a bunch of shingles, a screen door, and some miscellaneous items no problem. Today I had a bunch of new items stored carefully including roof vents, nice cedar lap siding, a bunch of nice bead board and other new items and I even called in advance about it. When I got there he said he wasn’t interested in any of it. Then just say that on the phone!

I visited this location for the first and last time, and I have to say, I was both mortified and amused by the pricing of some items. It was shocking to see furniture items that were scuffed and worn still priced at $1,200! I understand that quality matters, but I thought the intention was to help people and be an alternative to new items and prices, not just turn a profit.
For example, while the outdoor sectional was indeed nice, a price tag of $3,100 felt excessive. It made me question the priorities of this establishment. If you're looking for great deals or affordable options, you might want to think twice before stopping by. Overall, this experience left me disappointed and confused.

Absolutely love having this store so close! When I moved into my new home and started reburbishing it, I found some gorgeous brand new furniture at an absolute steal at Restore.

Quality customer service doesn’t even cut it — this place makes you feel like a regular even if you’re from OOT. The first time I stopped in, I asked about a power tool that currently was not on the floor — the owner had overheard my conversation with another staff member and silently went in the back checking personal inventory and came out with one for GREAT value. Incredible. He had also mentioned calling the store so they can keep an eye out for items and will call you if they come in! I come regularly to check the flow of furniture and reno materials AND my chunky bulldog tags along too!

If I could rate it lower I would. They used to be a thankful organization, now they only want new equipment. Nothing was acceptable to them. All my contractors tools and loads of supplies.
They will never get anything from me again.

The employees are very nice. Its hardware plus a quick stop they make you feel like you have gone back in time like the old hardware store was the regulars sit and drink coffee
