I highly recommend the McHenry, IL Home Depot. Not only are the people helpful, they are truly a part of the community. After a brief conversation about the importance of wearing masks, Geri, the manager, donated 2 boxes of masks and 3 bottles of hand sanitizer for my first grade class. I didn’t even ask - she just did it! This teacher is so grateful. Thank you!

I'm disappointed in how the store took very little to no effort to intervene when someone was assaulted in your store. There's a video that lasts quite a few minutes, where nothing was handled. Home Depot needs to take a stance, and 86 "Karen" from all your stores. Intolerance and hate have no place at Home Depot

Was just at Home Depot and they are not enforcing the law to wear masks. I told one guy he needed a mask and he told me off. I mentioned it to the person counting at the door and they said they cannot enforce laws like no big deal. Don't shop there if you want to be a law abiding citizen. I hear Menards is enforcing.

This Home Depot is my favorite! Everyone there always goes above and beyond! My dryer stopped working and by the time I would have it repaired I thought it would be more cost efficient to just get a new one. Ordered one Tuesday had it delivered on Friday morning. The delivery company couldnt hook it up for some reason??? They also refused to put it on the pedestal. They pkaced the new one in my hallway and left. I called the store and spoke to Greg and Geri they both said they would send someone out immediately to do whatever needed to be done. They did just that. I feel they went above and beyond!!! Thank you so much! The delivery company not so much! Thank you McHenry Homedepot Store. Also thank you to the two guys they sent out to get the job done. They really knew what they were doing. I cant thank you all enough!!!!!

This is the most disorganized HD branch I have ever dealt with. The people that they use to deliver appliances sucks. Lack of communication among the staff and outside company. Some of the staff are very unprofessional. I will never come back here.

In the past 6 weeks, I purchased over $12,000 worth of flooring & appliances. Everything but 1 item was completely messed up. after MANY check-ins to ensure things would run smooth, I ended up cancelling all of my orders. Sadly, when I was encouraged (not once but MANY times) all would be a fluid transition, my son, recently home from active military now sits in a house w/ unfinished flooring & no appliances because Home Depot failed to deliver. He will be deploying soon & my days which should be spent w/ him, have now been trying to fill in the gaps where Home Depot left me w/out product and appliances. I will NEVER shop any of these stores again.

What a gigantic disappointment your children’s workshop was. You have a sign up online, people sign up, and when you show up, you don’t have enough materials. Not a good way to treat customers- just a good way to let down kids.

Trying to meet with the guy to design our kitchen. We have called ahead 3 times now. Each time they are "too busy" and can't meet with us. The other designer just looked at us and said she was going home in a few minutes two we can come back later. They just lost a 10K project/purchase.
