I just recently closed on a new house with the help of my lender at Home State Bank, Sue Shaw. I am a first time home buyer and had no idea what I was getting into, but Sue walked me through the whole process and answered each of my questions until she knew I understood. She also will answer phone calls/emails quickly!

This branch is just as bad and as slow as their branch at 3500 Diamond Dr. in McHenry. The average deposit takes 10-15 minutes, mainly because this branch has only one person ever working the drive through. This is not a good idea when there are frequently 2-3 other cars waiting. Stay away from this branch if you value your time.
