Long story short, when checking out I had the nicest and most considerate experience with JACOB S! He got me a cart (they were out when I came in by the pharmacy entrance) made me aware I could get an extra item for buy 2 get 3 free, not 2 free, pointed out where it call to figure out my FOR U questions, looked me in the eyes and over all professional and just nice!! This kid is going far. Thank you!!

This was the worst experience ever.. i did my online order because I recently had a shoulder replacement and have a hard time shopping. I pulled up typed in my spot number and waited after fifteen minutes.Cars were coming in after me.Getting loaded and leaving, and i'm still sitting there. So I asked the lady, why is everybody else getting their orders?And i'm still sitting here. She looked on her thing and said somebody clicked on my order.And then went home.So I sat there for over thirty minutes.Waiting for my order in the online pickup. This is not acceptable.I had to pick up my grandchildren after school and was late!! I think a gift card is in order for me, sitting there for thirty minutes.Waiting for my online order.

The bakery have very high price for very small cake that taste horrible and I could barely feed 2 people for birthday party horrendous experience I would shop somewhere else if I was you.

This Jewel Osco needs a good cleaning. The floors around the entrance and exit are filled with grime. The women’s bathroom is filthy. I only go in when I’m in a hurry for something. I would never use the deli. Who knows what’s behind that area. Maybe if the place was spotless like the other Jewels in the area, I would shop there, even though you are the most expensive store in the area. Until then, I’ll continue driving to Crystal Lake. The ice cream is always melted and refrozen. Any ice cream bars will be very weird shapes, rainbow sherbet will be one color, and dove bars will have ice cream on the outside and be all ice inside. I called to the managee because this has been happening to us for years but we always just threw away the ice cream. Today, enough is enough. It's dangerous to serve refrozen ice cream. I have never encountered d this issue, even at the gas stations, only mchenry jewel.

My go to rather than mega stores that carry everything. Know what aisles to go through for fast pickup. Have directories hanging at end of each aisle for quick reference when looking for an item. Prices a bit high but a quick go to when you can't find an item anywhere else.

Deli is a nightmare and deserves zero stars… something really needs to be done with the speed of the employees. I understand it takes time to slice and dice but 15 to 30 minutes is uncalled for and I’m not just talking about Mondays. Every visit is ridiculously slow. The rest of the store is superb. Job well done!!!

I've started picking my prescriptions up here and it's ok. The one pharmacist I believe her name is Shannon she can be very fast and quick to answer a question or whatever before she really looks. "Slow down". The other I believe is a tech his name is Danny wonderful and pleasant to speak with 100% goes out of his way to help with whatever he can with me. The 1 man pharmacist is rude correct the way I pronounce my names of my prescriptions and I'm like "really so rude". Hopefully it doesn't get worse or I guess I'll move somewhere else.
