Fast, effecient, friendly service. All staff is knowledgeable and let me know about any service that was needed and the reason why it's needed. Also coupons offered online to help save some extra money.

I've never written a Google review, but this place is honestly great enough to warrant it. Fast, expedient service where, if you listen, things are clearly explained- What the mechanics are currently working on and how. I always enter any mechanic's shop with a few drops of dread of not knowing what I'm doing overmuch- But this Jiffy Lube has never done me wrong.

I moved here in May, from California and today was the first time I needed any sort of car service in Illinois. The guys working at Jiffy Lube are hands down some of the kindest, most knowledgeable people around! Straight forward, professional, approachable and patient. They even entertained me asking them a bazillion questions about where to go eat, what places to explore, etc- they went above and beyond what their services are and I am beyond thankful to have been left in the hands of experts. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for fast, reliable service, from people who care! Thank you again, guys! I'll see you at my next service!! ?
