Called earlier this week to see if they had any books on how to do a French knot. A worker ended up having me come in and physically showed me out to do it! So helpful and very kind. Amazing customer service

My experience here was really great. I was in search of fabric for a pontoon. Once there a helpful customer service representative (Rhylee), walked me threw all I needed to make my project a success. Will definitely be back! Thank you, Rhylee.

I worked here for a few months and was extremely let down by them. I was told they give hours by how well you do working there. If you’re a hard worker you get more hours. Which is not unfair but not very helpful because I was hoping to get guaranteed hours as a high school student who needs to save money for college and be able to pay for gas and other things. I wasn’t even making 15 hours within TWO WEEKS of work! I came in and worked as hard as you could at a craft store. I was never give more than 1-2 days each week and would only work 4 hours shifts. Which this ended up changing since one of the managers went on a random leave and they shortened their hours so I was forced to come in immediately after school if I even wanted 3 hours of work at that point. They also only had two people working in the entire store at all times which would be for example me and manager. I was very improperly trained as well they trained me one day and then threw me to the wolves. I had no clue where things went and my manager was always too busy to help or wouldn’t even show me the right place to put it. My manager also called me up to the front to ring several customers up on my own and disappeared for a very long time leaving me to answer questions I had no clue the answer of. This store is genuinely a let down they also refuse to get their bathroom problem fixed because they know it makes the store smell horrendous but say they can’t find someone to fix it. I suggest not working at this store if you don’t want to make $30 every two weeks.
