Still haven't fixed their communication issues. Trying to update my authorship. Never had opportunity to change it last time-shipment was on my front porch! Now their ship another order on October 31st -an order I don't need right now. Can't get through to them via the app, email or phone!!' Could someone please explain what's going on & help your loyal customer?

Worst company I’ve ever seen. They poisoned my dog food. workers lazy and the manager swore at me while I saw him smoking marjiunna in the corner. Their good reviews are fake by bots. DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Ordered my new puppies food online and my order was ready to pick up in 30 min at the Crystal Lake, IL warehouse. The warehouse was clean and the young man handling my order and paperwork was presentable, courteous and professional.
