First of all, I had a question about using a GoodRx coupon. Meijer was the lowest cost with this coupon, and I was using it for the first time here. Amazingly, the phone was answered promptly by a very helpful person who took the coupon information and applied it over the phone, so that was one less thing for me to deal with when I got there. I've had problems using GoodRx at Walgreens, so I was really happy with the service here.
There was no waiting, and the pharmacist went over each medication with me and answered all my questions.
I highly recommend the McHenry pharmacy.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Extremely unfriendly staff. They will not help you find anything in the aisles they just point and say that way. They were not even tell you the price of your medication until after you give them prescription and you can't take it back. Beware you're better off to go to any other real pharmacy

Privacy concerns because they use a loud speaker to talk with customers. I heard all the medication and dosages the lady in front of me was taking. Very unprofessional.

I would give 0 star if I have that option. I was super upset with the lady who is taking care of the drop off Prescription. She was so rude and said the prescription was written down incorrectly and she has to call doctor office. That's fine if she tells me 30 mins or 2 hours to be back or whenever she is done. I just kept saying I don't how how long. I was so calm and sitting down for total 1 hour and 30 mins. At the end I have to take my prescription back and try somewhere else she gave it back to me and said: "they will do exact same way like her at different pharmacy. But NO, at Walmart Pharmacy in Johnsburg they just fill it up right away without anything wrong.

Never meet more rude pharmacist. The assailants are great but the pharmacist are very rude and act like they don’t have time… Hopefully I get my prescription!

Worst experience ever ?. Staff are either ignorant or illegally doing business. Asking for valid ID is only sometimes required?? No professionalism whatsoever. Kinda embarrassing and is crapping on McHenry.

WORST PHARMACY I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. They never have my essential medication on time after at least a weeks notice. Staff is blunt and not understanding.
