“Store is very clean and organized. Clearance section was bmneay organized too which can sometimes be a free for all area. Found what i wanted. Cashier was super helpful and friendly. Great shopping experience overall!”
“Went to the store at 7pm on 11/10/25 and was looking to establish a new make-up routine with new products and a complete overhaul from my previous routine. I went to Ulta first and had the worst experience. I was there for over 30 minutes with no assistance from any employee. I made a purchase, mentioned the disappointment at checkout, and left. I ended up at Sephora because I really wasn't sure if what I bought at Ulta is what I needed and use of the products. I was greeted after maybe 5 minutes or so and was offered assistance. I explained the situation to the associate, Brenda, and she offered her help immediately. She helped show me how to apply the products and find the best colors for my features. I cannot rave enough about how wonderful this experience was for me and I really hope they continue checking in that their associates are working with a customer forward mentality because Ulta is not and they could really benefit from their amazing customer service. We spent about an hour figuring out what products I needed for a complete make-up routine and she really listened to what I was looking for. I made the purchase at Sephora with mostly the same products from Ulta and will be returning everything to Ulta. I will shop at this Sephora every day over going to Ulta ever again.”
“I had to make a return of some online items. The online process required me to either drive 50 minutes out of my way or depend on USPS for a return. Making the decision to go into the store did not disappoint. I was greeted as I entered the building and associate at the counter was friendly and knowledgeable.”
