The clerk was very knowledgeable very helpful then try to push any extra sales pitch help me switch phones I even bought a tablet but I will say this Metro PC service needs to improve with the longing so much advertising into their servers and just too much

best metro ever! the manager is super knowledgeable and helpful. rose is her name and she hooked up my wife, a friend and me in no time with a great plan, fair price and decent specs. I'm also a super user so data is the most important aspect of my needs and metro far exceeds them.

I would give ZERO stars If I could went in on 12/21 to try and get a phone for my daughter for christmas and did NOT get the help I needed. the girl working was rude didn’t answer my questions she sounded annoyed everytime I asked her something i told her if i can speak with the manager and she said she was the manager i was shooked i have never met a manager that has been extremely rude to their customers. definitely going somewhere else!!!

I just went today transferred from sprint, get customer service. I got a phone and tablet for cheaper, i was paying much more at sprint with no tablet.

I went in for a gift for Christmas & they were able to help me pick out a phone that would be good but at a affordable price. I was able to get 2 gifts instead of one so I am all set with the gifts for my kids. Thank You Girls

When you go first inside they say “free phones” when you go in a second time they say they aren’t free, Owner VERY disrespectful! I asked her a simple question and she said “nothing is free in this world” which is true but her herself said they were free in the first place, you shouldn’t say disrespectful things like that to your costumers!!!!

In June 2019, I bought a 4-G Coolpad Legacy with the unlimited data, text, and phone service for $60. The service worked really well for a year then the phone started to flake out.I switched to 4-G Boost Mobile, which was a bad decision since I used 30gb of data then the service started to "throttle," rendering the phone INOPERATIVE for two weeks.In April 2021, I switched back to Metro PCS and I bought a OnePlus Nord N10 5-G cell phone, which sucks up 35gb of data in TWO WEEKS then it "throttles."The Internet connection fades in-&-out, in-&-out, in-&-out even with the "unlimited" data, text, and phone service.It works better than Boost Mobile, but the cell phone signal is still F-L-A-K-Y and UNSTABLE at best.Update: On Friday, June 25, I got a replacement cell phone, and it works erratically and sporadically -- never consistently.

READ BEFORE YOU GO! My dad went with Carmen and she OVERCHARGED more than $65. He switched 4 lines and she said it was going to be $110 a month for all but it was actually $130. On 2 lines she didn’t even ask which line he wanted on which phone so she put them RANDOMLY, added insurance WITHOUT his consent on all phones (which he did not want), and she didn't even give him a receipt!! He then asked why she overcharged and she said it was because of taxes. It’s so upsetting when people take advantage of other people! Wish I would have gone with him. Do not not recommend going there, definitely not with her! We should have stayed with our previous carrier which we had no problems with.
